  Wort service ever. Drive a few kms away to maccas or another hungry jacks. Staff are ignorant & rude.

  Terrible service at drive through. Ordered a vegie whopper. Got given a beef whopper. Not the first time this has happened. Had to drive back from home to return and get correct food. Staff show no interest or compassion in service at all. Pathetic place

  Customer service could have been better however the girl was polite and served us fast which was the only good thing I can say about my experience. We then waited 10 minutes for one burger which we saw be put up and then was bagged but somehow the order managed to get bumped and the order "disappeared" we kept waiting and when the manager finally noticed we were still waiting he told us he would re make the burger straight away but when he called out to his back crew the boys agrued that they had already made the burger instead of just making it again! By the time the burger was made and we received it the rest of our food was cold and unpleasant. The dining room tables weren't clean either and as we sat eating we watched more customers return with complaints... as a hungry jacks employee myself I would have been embarrassed.

  It's very unfortunate that I can't select 0 stars because These guys are as useless as a bag of d*cks. in the past two and a half years of going to this hungry jacks I have not had a single order done correctly. If I were the owner of this store or even the manager I would embarrassed to call this disgraceful establishment a food business. Absolutely disgusting considering this used to be one of my favourite stores
